Blake Kutner

Ive been in the food industry for about 30 years including 20 as a chef, sous chef, kitchen manager, line cook, fry cook, salad spinner, garde manger, sandwich maker and dishwasher. For the last 10 years I have worked at La Cocina starting as kitchen manager and winding up as director of entrepreneur business development. Currently I support our mature and stable program participants in developing their businesses in preparation to leave our commissary kitchen and find their eventual brick and mortar homes. I also work with our graduates as they face an incredibly challenging market and try to support their communities, survive and thrive.
