Donald Smith

Mr. Donald Smith is a food safety professional and military veteran with over 30 years of experience within the food industry. He has expert knowledge in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan development and has written dozens of regulatory compliant and risk-based food safety plans for over multiple commercial kitchen clients. Donald has experience as both a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Consumer Safety Officer and a technical liaison to the USDA FSIS Technical Recall and Management Team. He received his Bachelor of Food Science in 2006 from Kansas State University and his Master of Public Health Degree from Liberty University in 2015.
