Ederique Goudia

Ederique “Chef E” Goudia is a prominent chef and food business leader in Detroit, dedicated to promoting community health and sustainable food systems through her work with various non-profits, including Make Food Not Waste and the Detroit Food Academy. As the founder of In the Business of Food (IBF Detroit), she empowers under-resourced and minority-owned food businesses, leveraging her two decades of experience to provide mentorship, coaching, and resources. IBF Detroit currently provides kitchen management and business coaching for the Eastern Market Incubator Kitchen and classes, workshops, and resources for food businesses across the city.
