Eric is the founder, owner, and operator of the New Orleans Trap Kitchen - a commissary kitchen and food and beverage incubator located in the historic 9th Ward. The Trap Kitchen caters to a diverse array of clients across the Greater New Orleans area, providing essential tools for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.
Established in 2018, the Trap Kitchen has worked with nearly 100 local entrepreneurs, with a clientele ranging from small-to-medium batch CPG producers to caterers and festival vendors. The Trap Kitchen occupies a unique space, positioned to bolster the utilization of new businesses, and fortifying the local food ecosystem.
