Jen Faigel
Jen Faigel is co-founder and Executive Director of CommonWealth Kitchen, a non-profit shared kitchen and food business development social enterprise on a mission to build an equitable, resilient food economy grounded in racial, social and economic justice. CWK operates a 16K SF commercial kitchen combined with wrap-around food business education and technical services, active market development and procurement advocacy, and a signature small-batch co-manufacturing operation. Jen has 25+ years experience in affordable housing and mission-focused commercial real estate development. Jen is on the Steering Committee for the Mass. Coalition for an Equitable Economy, Tufts' Food and Nutrition Innovation Institute, and the CDFA food systems advisory council- and has been widely recognized for her work by the Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, Eastern Bank.
