Mark Holland is the Director of the Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga, where he has been instrumental since its inception in 2020. With over 41 years of experience in the food industry, including 22 years managing restaurants and operating his own corporate catering company, Mark has a deep expertise in food service management, regulatory training, and business development. His leadership at KIC has helped shape the incubator's growth, supporting over 40 businesses in a 10,126-square-foot facility, and designing programs that empower entrepreneurs to succeed in the food industry.
