Sarah Masoni
Sarah Masoni is the Director of Product and Process Development at the OSU Food Innovation Center in Portland Oregon, where she has resided for the past 24 years. Sarah has literally helped thousands of people reach their food product development goals by assisting with product formulation, process development, trouble shooting, quality, food safety and connecting with ingredient suppliers. Sarah sits on the Board of Directors for the Specialty Food Association and is the co-theme team lead for Scaling Food Entrepreneurs in the NW Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center.
