At Cedar Street Creative Sylvan leads a team of designer and project managers in designing and building food and beverage spaces for some of the leading operators in our industry. More recently, Sylvan has leveraged that expertise into building Parcel, a tech platform to simplify the design and procurement process for commercial kitchens - empowering operators to manage their kitchen buildouts with the tools to succeed at scale. Sylvan founded both Cedar Street and Parcel out of a desire to work with upstart brands and help build the future of food and hospitality.
